"Appartamento ampio e ben arredato situato vicinissimo a Place de la Nation e alla stazione della metro e della Rer A per andare a Disneyland. Eravamo 2 famiglie da 3 persone, letti comodi, 6 asciugamani grandi , zona giorno con tavolo e divano, piccola cucina attrezzata, microonde, lavatrice, frigo, bagno con doccia e finestra. Complessivamente pulito e ben tenuto."

"Un po’ difficile la comunicazione con l’host. 1 mese prima abbiamo provato a contattarlo per sapere se era possibile lasciare i bagagli da qualche parte nella struttura in tarda mattinata e prendere poi l’appartamento nel tardo pomeriggio. Non avendo ricevuto risposta, abbiamo chiesto assistenza a Booking che dopo diversi giorni ci ha fatto sapere che non c’è la possibilità di deposito bagagli. Abbiamo quindi prenotato questo servizio tramite Nannybag. Un paio di giorni prima dell’arrivo l’host ci ha dato le indicaIoni per il self check-in, il codice del master lock era sbagliato ma ci hanno dato immediatamente il codice nuovo per la chiave dell’appartamento. Complessivamente è andato tutto bene anche se avrei preferito una comunicazione chiara e veloce fin da subito. La sera c’è stata musica molto alta fino a tardi proveniente da un locale."

"Getting information about check in was left to the last minute. I had to contact the property several times before receiving any information. The apartment is nice and clean but e.g. lamps and electricity would need fixing."

"The stay was quite cosy. The heat was ok when we got there. We were a group of 5 adults and we could move around easily. The location is perfect. Close to many supermarkets, pharmacies, boulangerie (one right downstairs). Traveling was so easy to major attractions."

"Communication is still an issue. We wanted a later check out, but the host just doesn't respond to messages on booking.com. There are no lifts, but this is common in Europe."
