"Bell'appartamento, nuovo tranquillo e silenzioso fornito di tutto l'occorrente. Meglio per 2 persone in 4 aprendo il divano diventa troppo stretto. Personale completamente assente soprattutto nel week end anche solo su wzp non abbiamo avuto risposte. Nella media un buon rapporto qualità prezzo."

"L'appartamento era pulito, silenzioso, e sembra ristrutturato da poco, corrispondeva alle foto, ed inoltre era dotato di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Molto comoda anche la lavatrice con programma "wash and wear" che lascia vestiti quasi asciutti e lo scaldasalviette nel bagno. La fermata metro è più distante di quella del bus, quindi il tempo impiegato in bus o metro per le principali attrazioni è più o meno mezz'ora con entrambi i mezzi"

"L'appartamento si trovava al primo piano e si raggiungeva attraverso una scala angolare abbastanza ripida quindi bisogna stare attenti soprattutto se si portano valigie. Il divano letto era un pò scomodo come tutti i divani letto del resto. Il balconcino non serve a molto"

"Organizzazione check in e check out perfetti. Ambiente confortevole. Arredamento moderno ed essenziale. Presenza di tutto il necessario per cucinare e mangiare in appartamento. Non vicinissimo al centro ma ben collegata con la metro"

"L aria condizionata è presente solo nel soggiorno e non nella stanza da letto e noi eravamo in quattro. Fortunatamente siamo capitati in un periodo non molto caldo. Consiglio di installare un secondo condizionatore"

"Il residence ristrutturato da poco e le stanze molto belle e pulite, stazione della metropitanaabbastanza vicina, comodi i supermarket e altri negozi per la spesa."

"Ci poteva stare la lavastoviglie visto che c'è la lavatrice, l'appartamento che abbiano scelto era un po' piccolo per 4 persone, ma c'e ne sono di altre metrature."

"Exceptionally clean, manager first class and assisted with issues with TV caused by previous guest. Lots of towels and linen."

"The place was super clean and well equipped! Just a few minutes walk away from metro station. The area is nice and felt safe"

"I stayed in the room with a street view. Since it’s the ground floor it was a bit noisy at night"

"very nice place and very clean, the rooms were smaller than expected however it worked nicely as it was only 2 of us staying in the room, They have larger rooms avaliable for bigger parties and i imagine they are just as nice."

"Room was very cold and the electric heater struggled to fully heat the room up, however we did stay in the middle of winter and it wasnt bad enough that it was causing real discomfort"

"The apartment has really nice beds and utilities. The building also has lockers so you can leave your bags if needed. You can also see a bit of the Eiffel Tower from the street which was a really nice surprise."

"We though the apartment had 2 bathrooms, but it had two rooms with a shower and sink and a third one with just the toilet. So instead of two showers and two toilets we had only 1 toilet. The AC stopped working on our last day there and the bedroom that has access to the terrace does not have an AC, but a heater on the wall that doesn't really work."

"The apartment is nicely decorated, comfortable and very well located (well connected particularly to Gare du Nord and de l'Est). When the link for the security deposit didn't work, we were helped out swiftly via phone. Luggage could be stored easily in a locker before check-in and after check-out. They even promised to look for our kids' toy. The perfect place for us during our short trip to Paris."

"The walls are quite thin. Thankfully, our neighbours were pretty quiet most of the time (not sure whether they could have said the same about us ;) Netflix is only accessible from the big screen in case you have an existing account (we were a little mistaken by the information here)."
