"El apartamento es muy lindo y moderno , la ubicación es excelente a un paso de todo andando , el coche lo aparcamos a unos 300-400 mtrs en un parquing ya que es zona peatonal y no se puede aparcar cerca, hay que subir escaleras estrechas pero lo sabíamos ya que esta en el casco antiguo , el sofá cama del salón es muy cómodo"

"It's initially a challenge to navigate the narrow, dark 25-30m-long entry passageway and climb the three flights of poorly maintained, deteriorating wooden stairs and wooden/metal handrails to the top floor. Steep. Difficult to climb with luggage. Potentially dangerous for older clients and people with balance or walking problems. These defects should be repaired and should be noted in the listing. It's also a bit difficult to find the 2/F key lock box on entry at night."

"L'accès à l'appartement n'est pas agréable : - un long couloir lugubre - de multiples escaliers étroits, vétustes, sales et pas aux normes de sécurité. C'est dommage. Gros bémol pour les wc car ils étaient bouchés à 2 reprises. Heureusement, 2 personnes sont intervenues rapidement à chaque fois."
