The flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay, to cook meals, and have some down time while exploring Lyon. They've really thought through the details with all amenities. Highly attentive and responsive staff to troubleshoot any issues."

"The elevator of the building is quite tiny so you'll have to make take it one-by-one if you're in a group and have luggage. The wooden floors are squeaky when you walk so you'll likely wake up others in the flat. The stove requires deactivating a child lock which was a bit tricky. Staff were super attentive and responsive so in the end all worked out."

"Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la ville et proximité des transports en commun. Quartier calme et sympa. Appartement suffisamment grand pour 6 personnes et bien équipé pour un séjour de visite de la ville. L'accueil du personnel qui est très serviable."

"Les containers à poubelles dans le hall d'entrée qui dégagent une très mauvaise odeur... C'est dommage. L'appartement qui est sympa au global demande un vrai rafraîchissement notamment sur les toilettes qui malgré leur propreté dégagéait une mauvaise odeur. Le séjour qui fait office de 3eme chambre mériterait un rideau devant la parois vitrée pour plus d'intimité 👍."

"Leider waren die Matratzen sehr durchgelegen. Der Duschkopf im Bad müsste mal entkalkt werden. Die Mülltonnen im Hausflur sorgen für einen speziellen Geruch - aber dafür kan NocNoc nichts."
