"This B&B is located in a historic building with lovely details and in close proximity to the cathedral. Since Amiens is a relatively small city, all sights and the train station are in walking distance. Spacious and quiet room on the 3rd floor, however, be prepared for having to climb the stairs. It was not a problem for me (spared the gym) but might be an issue for guests with reduced mobility. The hosting lady was very nice and gave me lots of information on what to visit."

"The height of the washbasin stand and the placement of the mirror in the bathroom were designed for very tall persons and I am on the small side, so I felt a bit like a Lilliputian in Gulliver's home."

"Centrally located, just steps away from the cathedral. Restaurants and cafes in easy reach, but on a quiet pedestrian street. A friendly welcome and comfortable. Interesting art deco building."

"It could do with a sign outside so you are sure you are in the right place, or at least a label by the doorbell. Luckily we recognised the exterior from the photos."

"Excellent location, right by the cathedral. Lovely friendly welcome from Amelie when we did get in. She gave us her time to help us about the Lumiere at the cathedral and the Christmas market. Excellent breakfast."

"Couldn’t get in until 5o’c. The outside of the building does not say it is Maison Ulysse, even on the door bell, so you are unsure you are in the right place."

"We had a wonderful stay at this Bed & Breakfast in Amiens. We were warmly welcomed by Amélie, who was the perfect host. She gave us a friendly and helpful introduction to the city and made sure we felt right at home. She was extremely kind, very attentive, and prepared a delicious breakfast for us. The room was spotless and had a beautiful little terrace with a perfect view of the Basilica of Amiens. We honestly have nothing negative to say — everything was perfect. Amélie is a truly lovely host, and we would absolutely come back. Greetz Dave and Olga"
