"La posizione, la pulizia, tutto. La casa era bellissima e pulita. Le nostre aspettative sono state pienamente soddisfatte. All'interno avevamo tutto il minimo necessario per le nostre esigenze. Letti comodi, la cucina era grande e funzionale e c'è anche la lavastoviglie. Siamo stati davvero bene. Parcheggio nel cortile."

"The apartment is in a very nice and quiet area, slightly away from the city center. The outdoor space, most of which is in common with the other 2 apartments, is huge and extremely well-kept. The owner has a separate part of the garden where they keep 3 sheep: we were really surprised that there was no animal smell whatsoever. We had a minor issue at the beginning of our stay, but we got in touch with them and received timely and efficient assistance. Having the possibility of using the bikes they make available to their guests is another great feature. The house in general and the kitchen in particular are very well equipped."

"The property is in a quiet area outside Caen and feels really peaceful. We liked watching the sheep in the garden and the birds coming and going."
