"A beautiful apartment in a fantastic location in the historic centre of the city close to the Cathdral, Museum of Beaux Arts and 5 minutes from the tourist information."
"Correspondence was through an app called City Pass, which was OK once I got used to it with little videos to help in getting access to the property. I would have liked to have met the owner/manager to get a personal feel rather than through messaging on the app. The toiletries provided were inadequate for a 4 night stay for 2 people."

"This is a fabulous place to stay. Wonderful high ceilings, well appointed room and bathroom, very spacious and very comfortable. It's also a really well situated location, could not have been more central for us."
"The pre-stay emails from Booking.com or the owner, are confusing and did not come in the correct order chronologically. For us, we had no communication about how to access the key box or find our room until the day after we arrived! We eventually managed to get it sorted the evening we arrived, but it was frustrating to say the least, with the provided contact proving entirely ineffective."
