"Appartamento molto bello e comodo con ottima ristrutturazione e climatizzazione con vista mozzafiato sulla Promenade des Anglais. In casa non manca nulla: cucina super attrezzata, bagno nuovissimo, letto comodo, ottima climatizzazione. Ci sono disponibili anche lettini e ombrellone per la spiaggia Tram dietro casa che porta in centro in meno di dieci minuti, quartiere molto bello con negozi di ogni genere e supermercati. Naji, il ragazzo che gestisce appartamento, gentilissimo e disponibile"

"The apartment fully met all our expectations and needs. It offered high-speed internet, a well-equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking (e.g., sharp knives, pots, etc.), and a beautiful balcony that gets plenty of sun during the day and is also perfect for relaxing in the evening. The living room was very comfortable and cozy, and the overall interior design was stylish and inviting – we felt at home. Communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout. I can fully recommend this accommodation and would definitely consider staying here again if I'm in the area. Some additional highlights include an excellent butcher nearby, and the fact that the apartment is located away from the main road, making it very quiet and peaceful at night."
