"Location is fabulous! So many wonderful restaurants, cafes, and bakeries footsteps away. The tram is also just a short walk away. The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious. There were extra linens and towels in the closets during our stay. The beds were firm which we found to be quite pleasant. I LOVED the automatic rolling shutters in the bedrooms. Host was generally quite responsive via What's App."

"Accessing the key and apartment was difficult - as noted, clear instruction is not provided regarding where to find the key or what apartment you are even looking for. I eventually got help after 30 min. The apartment was pretty grimy (mold around the shower, grimy washing machine, and stains on the sofa) - the unit needs a simple deep clean. The dining chairs tip easily as the children fell while trying to get off them. Kitchen could use some basic tools - wine opener, chef's knife, bread knife."

"There was enough parking on the road outside, but was quite costly. If you plan to keep your car parked outside the appartment for the whole day, best to use the free parking area at about 10min walking distance."

"Parking is not included and difficult, since the apartment is located in a high transit area. A temporary hold of 800 € is placed on your credit card to account for damages, but even several days after our check-out it hasn't been lifted yet."
