"Stationnement a proximite. Immeuble propre. Appartement propre , finctionnel, conforrable, decore avec gout, tres calme. Je recommande."

"Bel appartement placé face à l’hôpital ( motif de notre déplacement) , clair , parking public à côté, équipement complet. Bon lit . Tout paraît neuf !"

"La crue de la Maine a notamment conduit à une panne de l'ascenseur... L'appartement étant au 6e étage il faut avoir une bonne condition physique pour l'atteindre. Néanmoins, Cécilia a été très réactive pour trouver des solutions à ces problèmes indépendants de sa volonté."
