"The collection of the keys was complicated but easy to follow, except we could not open the front door. We did not know that the key fob was an electronic key."

"The property was clean and nice. Furniture and the interior is modern and nice. One side of the window was to the street which was nice. Internet was working nicely."

"Downstairs are people smoking, but the property owner can’t do anything about it. What I missed in the apartment (mainly kitchen): cutting board, scissors, extra trash bags, mop or kitchen paper to wipe the counters, cooking oil, sugar, hand soap. These things don’t cost too much but are difficult to buy when you stay only for little - to find small packages. I didn’t like that the host said that there is a cutting board (there wasn’t!) and that there are as many expendable a as needed (when we asked for extra toilet paper). I don’t want to ask for these small things. What I didn’t like the most was that I didn’t receive the instructions to get into the apartment at 2pm as ordered for extra money - instead I got an answer, that I didn’t receive receive the instructions (I didn’t! I only received forma email at 4.03pm). Secondly I really didn’t like that the host did speak in English for a while with me but then started speaking French again, knowingly that I need to use translator and they don’t have to."

"Property was spacious and well decorated, with a modern kitchen and appliances. It was also a walking distance to the main shopping area and restaurants, which was convenient given that we were only staying for one night. Host was very responsive before, during and after our stay, which was much appreciated!"

"Pleasant good sized two-bedroom apartment, both rooms comfortable and well appointed, large lounge, good shower and separate toilet. Kitchen well equipped. Flat is close to tram from major railway stations, metro and river. Elevator made it easy with suitcases. Close to many restaurants and attractions. Bright and tastefully decorated flat. Had a very good stay."

"Received the code and details for key pick up a bit late (check in is 4 pm and bags can’t be stored there), had a bit of hassle getting wifi details and towels but communication with host was efficient and they followed up on any concerns. Area seemed a bit rough in some ways but generally ok. Flat overlooks popular kebab shops but noise stops at 12 and was very quiet thereafter."
