"La posizione dell'hotel con una bella vista sulla vallata e sulle montagne. La posizione della camera con esposizione a sud. Il balconcino. La comoditá del letto, le dimensioni della camera e l'insonorizzazone. Adeguatamente spaziosa e pulita. Certo la moquette d'inverno fa piacere, ma trattiene polvere. Possibilitá di parcheggiare la moto di fianco all'ingresso dell'hotel senza pagare. E' comunque disponibile un parcheggio sotterraneo con accesso interno a 20€. Ottima, abbondante e con molta scelta la colazione. Personale della reception disponibile per consigli su dove andare a mangiare visto che il ristorante dell'albergo era pieno."

"Vasca con doccia, magari solo doccia. Capisco che siamo in Francia ma in un 4 stelle il bidet me lo aspetto. Cuscini troppo caldi. Manca l'aria condizionata in camera ma forse a quell'altezza non é un grosso problema."

"The mattress on my twin bed was too soft and felt like it was sagging. I did ask the hotel staff if it could be turned, I’m not sure if they did that or not. That said, my sister found that her bed was fine. The spa was quite expensive as an additional charge for just one hour."

"The hotel is located in one of the many neighbourhoods of Alpe d'Huez: the Berger district. For skiing, it is one of the best places to access the most popular slopes of the mountain (ski lifts Marmottes, Pic Blanc, and Auris). There is only a 5-minute walk with skis to reach the hotel, so it is basically ski-in/ski-out for us. The distance to the town centre is about a 15-minute walk, which can be challenging in winter, but there is a free resort bus stopping right in front of the hotel, crossing the large parking area. The parking is very big. Breakfast was great and the staff is always around for help. We dined twice and it was good too (and the kitchen manager can personalize any dish on the menu, plus he is always around). I stayed in room 402 and it was spacious enough for two people. The beds are really comfortable. The staff of the hotel is very helpful (special thanks to Jérémie and Maxime for their help with our luggage and ski equipment)."

"Room closet maybe a little small of size but everything worked perfect. We had a lot of ski clothes and extras but arranged to use all the space in the placard."

"Amazing staff, most of them were trying to go the extra mile for us. Nice and big bedroom, really appreciated the bath and the amazing view on the mountain, worth paying a supplement. Generous breakfast as well and the pool was great!"
