"The apartment interior has been completely updated. New kitchen cabinets and appliances. New flooring and a new patio door. So it really has a new, clean look. The property manager was very helpful and answered our questions quickly. He even helped drag our bags up the stairs. The location was great. And free parking this close to city center."
"This is a fourth floor walkup, so a lot of stairs with heavy bags. The building was not well maintained and was a bit time worn. The back and front entrances could use more frequent cleanup."

"Die Lage und die Ausstattung waren perfekt. Jean-Luc war sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder."

"Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage war die sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung absolut ruhig. In Cassis kann von hier aus alles zu Fuß erreicht werden. Auch Wanderungen zu den Calanques sind kein Problem. Jean-Luc, der Vermieter, spricht englisch und ist supernett. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Hinweise und Tipps: 1. Bei der Anreise mit dem Auto kann die Zufahrt zur Wohnung blockiert sein. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist eine Einbahnstraße, die tagsüber für den Verkehr gesperrt wird. In dem Fall kann im direkt benachbarten Parkhaus "Cassis Parking Mimosas" kostenfrei für eine Stunde geparkt werden. 2. Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock und es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. 3. Die zur Wohnung gehörende Garage kann für größere Fahrzeuge (Kombis, SUV) schwierig sein, da der Platz vor der engen Einfahrt begrenzt ist. 4. Unbedingt einmal den Sonnenuntergang an der Route des crêtes erleben!"

"Le mimosa’s location was perfect for us - 2 adults and teen - 5 min to the beach, with shops, restaurants, and the market steps away. Patio views to the Cap, street views on the other side. Off street parking a plus, everything worked well (washer, kitchen…) Comfortable, clean, easy to relax and just outside the bustle of the center."
