"Posizione ottima, situata nel cuore di Colmar, in contesto splendido ed a pochi passi dalla piccola Venezia e da ogni altra attrazione. L’appartamento, oltre ad essere delizioso, è dotato di ogni confort e curato nei minimi dettagli sia per quanto riguarda l’arredamento sia per la pulizia (impeccabile). Il bagno, oltre ad essere davvero spazioso, è fornito di tutto il necessario, compreso uno scalda salviette,molto utile se si visita la città nel periodo autunnale/invernale (come noi). Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, presente per qualsiasi necessità. La struttura inoltre mette a disposizione , su richiesta ed a pagamento, un posto auto in un garage a pochi passi dall’appartamento."

"Un piccolo monolocale dotato di tutti i confort. Devo dire che la padrona di casa ha pensato a tutto, c'era persino il piccolo contenitore del sapone dei piatti. L'appartamento è centrale e pulito"

"Great location! Everything was clean and the apartment was well stocked."

"Design is cosy and updated, location is fantastic. Right in the center of everything. Bathroom was no is modern and clean. There's a kitchenette and it comes equipped with a microwave. . The unit is at the ground level, so super convenient. If you are a light sleeper and sleeps early, you may be affected by the sound of people chatting as the unit faces the main street. But for me it was bearable."

"Perfect location, very cute, cozy apartment and very very clean. The host was very nice, too, replying very fast to our messages. She even gave us the apartment earlier than the check in time."

"The only thing I could probably add as negative is that there wasn't a bed but a sofa-bed, which was slightly uncomfortable compared to a normal bed. In general, we had a great stay though."

"It's right next to a busy street and some popular restaurants, however, it's very quiet inside. It's also very close to Petite Venice. It's relatively spacious and the sofa bed is comfortable. There's an air-con, which is a bonus feature during the hot weather. We left our jackets behind in the closet, and the owner sent the jackets back to us by post. We were delighted by such kind gesture."

We really liked the apartment: in the very center, very clean, everything is equipped to the smallest detail and modern, very quiet at night with the windows closed, the air conditioning works well and is quiet. For a couple 60+ , on the ground floor , it is exceptionally suitable. thanks for all. Colmar's 3-day visit was beyond all expectations. We hope to return here again, see you soon."

"I spent 10 days in Le coin 45 and it was perfect! Directly in the heart of the historic center with lots of restaurants and shops directly in front of the appartment. Easy check-in and friendly and reliable communication with the host! It is a nice small appartment and was very modern and clean. Everything as seen on the pictures and as described. I would definitely stay there again."
