"Neighbours partying late into the night: almost 3am. Walls seemed thin, as the party noise carried right through. The heating system kept us from freezing but didn’t exactly make us feel warm: even at maximum, the heaters only felt lukewarm. Street noise occasionally carried in. It took about 15 minutes extra at the beginning to find and go to a different location to pick up (and at the end drop off) the key. At checkout, why not offer the possibility of dropping the key off in the unit’s mailbox?"

"The apartment was just great. Sébastien let us in and we were pleasantly surprised as we walked through the door. It was light and airy and well appointed. Beautifully furnished. It provided everything we needed. It was spacious yet had a cosy atmosphere. The location is sensational. Literally around the corner from the Rouen Cathedral and a short walk to the Metro station. Cross the road and you are in the mediaeval centre. The apartment is on the fourth floor but there is a lift. I wish we could have stayed longer. Just loved it."

"This is such a charming apartment! It's one of those places that doesn't feel staged for renting. The furniture was very nice, solid and pretty. The kitchen had everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is enormous, and the bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. The place was sparkling clean and cozy. Even though the apartment is located on a street with traffic, the double-glazed windows make it warm and quiet. There's a large Carrefour right around the corner, lots of places to eat or drink nearby. There's also a metro station 5 minutes away from the place, so the location is perfect if you're travelling by public transport. The host was very welcoming, always stayed in touch and answered all my questions very quickly."
