"Appartamento nel centro storico. Parcheggi gratuiti ad 1km circa di distanza facilmente raggiungibili con navetta gratuita o a piedi. Alloggio pulito."

"Essendo l'alloggio piccolo rimane poco luminoso e non ci mobili o comodini nella piccola camera da letto. Il letto un pó troppo morbido, per chi soffre di mal di schiena non proprio il massimo."

"Ambiente raccolto ma con tutto il necessario ;pulitissimo ,nuovo , e curato nei dettagli. Zona centralissima e silenziosa . Non c'è ( ovviamente) il bidet e il letto è a una piazza e mezza ( lo scrivo per gli italiani 😄) . Le istruzioni del check in sono semplici e la comunicazione messaggistica con Damien è stata ottima . Consigliatissimo."

"Appartamento localizzato nel pieno centro storico di Antibes. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere il mare a piedi e gustare la sera piatti tipici francesi. Struttura accogliente, pulita e funzionale. Il proprietario Damien sempre molto disponibile. Ritorneremo sicuramente a le Clémenceau!"

"The property is perfectly located in the city centre and offers good value for money. Communication with the host was very smooth and clear, and picking up the key from the lockbox was very easy. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the pictures - it is well-equipped and comfortable."

"The main issue for us was a strong smell of smoke in the building’s corridor - perhaps neighbours smoke there, and the odour is very unpleasant. Unfortunately, some of it seeps into the apartment, so we had to keep the windows open, even though it was quite cold. Cleaning could also be improved. While the apartment is generally tidy, there is noticeable dust in less visible areas, such as under the bed and between furniture and walls. For guests with dust allergies, this property may therefore not be the best choice."

"Unbeatable location in the heart of the Old Town, turn left at the top of the street and you will reach Plage de la Gravette in a few minutes, turn right and you're at the Provencal Market. The ramparts are also at the top of the street if you walk through a few quite cobblestoned alleys, perfect for stunning views over the bay and a refreshing walk by the sea. The place is also very well decorated and thoughtfully laid out."

"The place is very bijou ie compact, so definitely travel light. Not much room to dry your swimming things is probably my only comment!"
