"L’appartamento è confortevole e spazioso, per gli standard di Parigi, oltre che dotato di tutto il necessario. Il proprietario si è dimostrato estremamente presente e cordiale e sempre pronto ad aiutare in caso di necessità. Comodissimo e sufficientemente spazioso, il posto auto gratuito ha tenuto al sicuro la nostra skoda octavia (all’interno del piazzale della proprietà, protetto da un cancello). La metropolitana 11 è a pochissimi minuti di cammino e raggiunge la zona centrale di Parigi in circa 20 minuti. Una chicca il balcone dove sorseggiare un aperitivo o fare colazione. La via è molto tranquilla e la notte non si sono mai sentiti rumori che potessero disturbare il sonno. Non possiamo che consigliare questo alloggio per chi arriva a Parigi in macchina."

"The room was spacious and perfect for two people. Nice location, a bit far from the center of Paris, but there's a metro just up the road that takes you right there. The host was really nice as well."

Although he was away during our stay, he immediately arranged an emergency fix for a minor plumbery issue, which we appreciated a lot."
