"There is street parking very close by, but this was not very clear from the description…we thought it would be on site. However, this wasn’t a great problem as we were travelling with very little baggage."

Not only did he accommodate our request for an earlier check-in, but actually turned up to let us in when we sent him a message that we were even earlier than the agreed upon time.
