"L’accueil chaleureux de Patrick, la grandeur des pièces, le style campagnard avec la touche de modernisme nécessaire. L’air climatisé dans la chambre principale. Le chant du coq le matin. La cafetière Nespresso. Le lave-linge. La salle de bains avec la douche assez spacieuse, la robinetterie efficace. La literie agréable et propre."
"Si nous aurions eu besoin d’occuper tous les lits, il aurait été gênant de se réserver l’air climatisé que pour la chambre principale, en pleine canicule, il fait trop chaud à l’étage. Avec les changements climatiques, il faut s’attendre à des écarts importants avec les moyennes saisonnières. Les locations avec climatisation vont se démarquer sur le marché."

"Excellent apartment in a typical small French town. The apartment is well appointed and equipped and is situated on the ground floor with easy parking close by. It is surrounded by the river on three sides and it is possible to feed the ducks from the lounge window. The countryside and coast are within easy reach, St Malo only 30 min away. I would recommend this apartment."

Studio (mais pas une seule pièce, car coin cuisine et un renfoncement avec électroménager à droite) fonctionnel avec petit balcon, sur la cour. À 2 rues parallèles du quai de la Charente, Tiphaine est réactive à vos demandes."

"We stayed there for three days in October. It is a beautifully renovated apartment on a lovely grounds. The apartment is extremely clean, has a stylish kitchen-living room, a bathroom with a shower and a separate bathtub in the bedroom. Perfect for two people. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We had a great time hiking along the Ardèche, we also spent an afternoon at Chauvet II and took a tour of Eschaton, the Anselm Kiefer foundation, on our final day. Overall we had a great time and would like to return."
