"la casa è un piccolo gioiellino, il giardino è molto curato con un bbq che purtroppo non abbiamo utilizzato per mancanza di tempo. seduti sul tavolino sotto L albero senti una pace infinita. la casa inoltre è a 2 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge e locali."
"This was one of the most impressive rental experiences in Cannes. Starting with the arrival, when the coordination and meeting was on time, continuing with the subsequent prompt contact with Claude, who was always in touch, for which a special thank you. The apartment itself is a great option to stay in a fully furnished and equipped penthouse with a large terrace and two bedrooms, full kitchen, washing machine and everything you could possibly need for both short and long stays in Cannes. Location 10/10, only about 150 meters to the main promenade. Close to a huge number of restaurants, beauty salons and spas. Especially liked the attention to cleanliness and cleaning, as this is a frequent problem in apartments in France. Everything is kept in perfect order here, so you can feel comfortable and very cozy. Thank you for such a wonderful facility and its good maintenance to the owners and Mr. Claude."

"Struttura tenuta bene. Parcheggio gratuito sulla strada dietro la casa. Camera al secondo piano, pulita ed ampia con bagno interno grande e pulito (vasca e doccia). L’assenza dell’aria condizionata ci ha inizialmente preoccupato ma con il ventilatore siamo riusciti a dormire bene. La padrona di casa parla anche inglese ed è disponibile a suggerire diversi ristoranti a Gruissan. La colazione è completa, dolce/salata. Possibilità di fare il bagno in piscina o nella jacuzzi."

"The property is nicely tucked away in the woods and the house is well appointed, cozy and fun. Our children enjoyed the loft. It was nice to be welcomed with such warm greetings. The host made every effort to ensure we were setup well and familiarized us with the local area. It was to see a mini split AC/Heating unit."
