"It was very convenient as a stopover en route to the Alps. Comfortable room, good breakfast and the dinner in the restaurant was superb. Caroline at the reception was very helpful as my car had a slow puncture and she helped source a replacement and booked me into a garage."

"This is a great hotel. We have stayed here several times en route, travelling through France. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and comfortable. The restaurant is excellent for dinner, and breakfast offers a really good choice. I would happily recommend La Flambée."

"The staff were great. I was worried as the stated checkin in time is up to 21:00, but our Eurotunnel train was delayed so we didn't arrive until well nearly 2 hrs later than that, but is was no problem, the reception was staffed by a friendly receptionist. The motel is clean and convenient and good value for a short stay when travelling. Quite near the Eurotunnel Calais terminal too. And we appreciated the included breakfast. Rooms are small and basic but fine for an overnight stay. Perfectly comfortable."
