"Huge living room with large kitchen area, cool temperature in the living room in August due to stone floor. Very quiet area. Place looks like the photos. Happy to return to this place."

"Logement très propre , spacieux et bien équipé dans la cour de l ancienne abbaye, un joli havre de paix, chambres et salle de bain à l étage. La possibilité de manger dehors dans la cour était très agreable. Un accueil très chaleureux de la dame qui nous a installés qui tient aussi l épicerie du village."

"What a lovely cottage by the river. Iulia and Alastair have spent time to make such a lovely property and wonderful experience. They have thought of everything from an amazing bathroom with relaxing standalone bath, a cozy lounge with log burner to well stocked kitchen. The cottage is wonderfully eclectic with bedrooms on different levels that just add to the attraction. Iulia and Alastair were lovely hosts on site - they introduced us to their really friendly dog, Filou and a donkey, Rio (hand reared and incredibly friendly). We managed to go skiing at Cauterets which was great and reasonably close. We day tripped to the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao which is worth the trip. Maison de la Riviere is well positioned for peace & tranquility on site with accessibility for the mountains and the sea....and we ate on the terrace in the sunshine (in February!). Huge thank you to Iulia and Alastair."
"L'emplacement face à la mer face au port à 15mn à pied de l'agitation du centre ville, trois vraies chambres côtés cour au calme, proximité de la gare, la piscine très grande pour nager et très bien entretenu, le concierge est vraiment très gentil et très professionnel."
