"Ci è piaciuto tutto. I gestori in primo luogo: gentili, premurosi, disponibili... perfino affettuosi. Hanno accontentato le nostre richieste. Hanno fatto di tutto per metterci a nostro agio. Sono stati prodighi di consigli. La camera era spaziosa, comoda, arredata con gusto. Il cibo squisito... Insomma: tutto sembrava pensato per farci venire voglia di non muoverci da lì. Per fortuna abbiamo resistito alla tentazione e alla pigrizia, e così la Ciboulette si è tramutata nella nostra rampa di lancio per le esplorazioni della regione: visite da sogno, vissute con la prospettiva di tornare a cenare e dormire nella "nostra casa"."

"Non saprei che consigli dare per migliorare la struttura. Forse lo stesso che offrirei a tutti gli alberghi e a tutti i b&b incontrati in Francia: maggior separazione tra la zona dei servizi e le altre stanze: bagni più integrati, con wc vicini alla doccia!"

"Una struttura molto curata e particolare in un contesto agreste fuori dal centro, un'oasi di pace e tranquillità, camera molto spaziosa, personale gentilissimo, colazione curata (forse migliorabile in varietà), ambiente familiare molto apprezzabile. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante del B&B trovandoci molto bene."

"The staff is really nice, Leela is wonderful and kind. She has been incredibly nice during our stay, helpful. A beautiful person. The restaurant is really good, amazing galettes! Breakfast is complete, fresh, natural. Great! It's wonderful to be able to see the stars there and hearing the river nearby."

"Wonderful hosts. Very comfortable, clean large room. Excellent breakfast. Dinners at on-site restaurant were delicious. 5 minutes to Foix centre. Close to fantastic Niaux caves. Excellent base for day trips for surrounding towns and Pyrenees."

"It was quite easy to find - there is a sign on the street. The last house away from D17. We had booked their biggest room - and everything was perfect. Had a nice talk with our host - a very quite place away from traffic"
