"Beat a path to La Belle Minervoise and Sophie and Jean Claude’s kitchen. Their little hotel delivered the warmest welcome and the finest food of our trip! They offered us mojitos for an apéritif, and later sat down with us for the most magnificent supper of home made cassoulet, fine wine, and an evening of entertaining conversation (in English!). Exceptional, we’d go back in a heartbeat."

"We had a wonderful time staying at La Belle Minervoise. From the minute we arrived, until our farewell upon leaving… the hosts, Sophie & Jean Claude, were so kind and treated us like family. The house is beautiful and charming. The breakfasts were so delicious and we had the optional dinner which was excellent. Our young boys really enjoyed being around Sophie & Jean Claude and also loved playing with the toys and games they had."
