"Il divano letto è favoloso sia per comodità che per praticità. Il piccolo spazio era comunque molto ben organizzato e abbiamo potuto mangiare a casa diverse volte. Tegami e padelle sono praticamente nuovi. Nel bagno, la doccia era molto gradevole. Abbiamo anche avuto la compagnia di un bel gatto che, pur non entrando in casa, è venuto a trovarci e a farsi accarezzare. Il giardino sottostante era davvero una vista gradevole di cui abbiamo potuto godere la mattina appena sveglie"
"Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con la porta e con alcuni elettrodomestici, per nostra incapacità a farli funzionare. Forse delle istruzioni più dettagliate sul loro funzionamento non avrebbero guastato. Inoltre pur essendo ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, la zona è abbastanza lontana dal centro."
"The instructions to get in were clear and easy to follow. The location is great, with a lot of pizza restaurants very close, French bistros nearby, and a very good patisserie/boulangerie and small supermarket in very close proximity so I had everything I needed to hand. When I needed Wi-Fi, the owner himself came over very promptly to fix it. And it worked fine thereafter, so I know that communication is swift, action prompt and useful and Sam will do everything to accommodate his guests. I would recommend staying here and would come back."
"The bed is a pullout sofa which was folded away. When I arrived and as a disabled person, I was worried, but it might be difficult to open it, however, it was very easy and the mattress was quite thick. But due to its foldable nature, there was definitely a softer spot in the middle of the mattress, which I ended up falling into and was not as comfortable as a flat mattress would have been. And I can imagine if there were 2 of us, that the lighter one would have rolled next to the heavier one, but luckily I was by myself. The cleanliness could have been improved as there were some parts of the apartment not as thoroughly cleaned. However, the microwave, the fridge and the shower were all impeccably left, and I would stay here again."
