"Excellent communication to and from the staff before and during my stay. Very helpful and friendly throughout. The room was small but all that was needed and had a comfortable bed and hot shower. Only a10 minute walk to the nearest tram stop direct into the centre of Bordeaux. Free and secure carparking was a real bonus and easy to get to from the main roads rather than attempting to drive through the city and find available parking."

"Simple to check in as I arrived late and there was a machine at the gate. Bathroom and bed were clean. I couldn’t get the shower to work and ended up washing in cold water - the staff insisted that it was my user error. In the morning the cleaner was shouting aggressively while on her phone cleaning nearby rooms."
Alessandro Hotel Val Vert
"posizione ottima , parcheggio ok e piscina non affollata"
"Hotel molto pulito e curato, buoni i servizi offerti, staff competente disponibile e gentile"
Luca Les Collines Iduki
