"The apartment is located right in the heart of Avranches, which itself is close to the world-famous Mont St-Michel and somewhat of a gateway into the Bretagne. It was well-equipped and we didn’t lack anything during our short stay: kitchen, bathroom, bedroom all were absolutely fine. The balcony/terrace looked even better in reality than on the photos, even though we didn’t have the time to make use of it."

"Ночевали только 1 ночь - нашли и попали легко. Прямо у входы в квартиру бесплатная парковка и бар, который работал до поздна - удобно пойти выпить бокал, если ничего нет с собой, а магазины уже закрыты. Очень быстро нагревается квартира с помощью конверторов."

"Apartamento muito cómodo e bem equipado. Bem aproveitado e moderno. Muita luz. Localização excelente. Estacionamento fácil à porta e gratuito. Muitos restaurantes à volta, bem frequentados! Tem uma muralha em frente ao prédio de onde se vê o Monte Saint-Michel. Aproveitem que está sempre aberto e é gratuito! A anfitriã deixou kits de higiene de oferta. Muito atenciosos. Mas havia produtos disponíveis. Tem máquina nespresso."

"La marche à l'entrée ,le distributeur de gel douche cassé dans la douche dommage pas très agréable de se laver avec du shampoing. Lorsque nous avons voulu repartir samedi matin nous étions coincés au beau milieu du marché, très compliqué de repartir en voiture peut être devriez vous indiquer quelque part dans l'appartement le jour du marché pour les gens qui ne sont pas d'Avranches."

"Maison ancienne dans un cadre de verdure, au calme et avec tout le confort. Bon emplacement par rapport au port, aux commerces et aux restaurants. Le jardin clos et sécurisé nous a permis de garer nos vélos en toute sécurité. La grande table de la terrasse nous a permis d'y déguster le soir les huîtres du lac marin d'Hossegor. Excellent rapport qualité/prix."
"Super weekend passé au gîte du charme Cadre très agréable. Le gîte est très spacieux décoré avec goût, et très fonctionnel. Le propriétaire est disponible si besoin et nous pouvons facilement échanger avec lui . Très bon emplacement pour visiter la forêt de Brocéliande. C'était parfait!"

"J'ai d'abord été furieux après booking qui encore une fois me vend une chambre particulier pour un hôtel. Le prix d'affichage est mensonger puisque l'hôte me demande en plus du ménage; ce qui bien sûr devait être écrit quelque part entre deux lignes. Par chance, cette fois ci l'appartement/chambre était très bien. Il s'agit, d'une maison récente, avec appartement au dessus de l'étage des propriétaires. Comme nous n'étions là que pour une nuit nous comptions sur le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel et n'avons pas voulu salir la cuisine mais le lieu était bien équipé."

Serge and Jean-Yves are incredible hosts, genuinely welcoming and full of charm. Their attention to detail made everything feel extra special. It’s just a short walk to the medieval centre, so the location couldn’t be better. A peaceful, elegant escape with a truly personal touch. We’d come back in a heartbeat!"
