"Much larger room than expected with mezzanine beds for a family too so perhaps the cost reflects that as we booked late too. Very comfortable bed and pillows."

"Poor lighting in the room with unclear switches and some flickering off. Toilet roll holder and robe hook were half falling off. We did feed that back but a minor issue."

"We've been travelling on a road trip across Europe and the food at the hotels restaurant was by far the best we've eaten on our trip! Can recommend the breakfast too which also comes with a glass of fizz if you desire! The wine list is extensive and biggest wine list I have ever seen! The spa facilities were excellent and the hotel decor and rooms are very well decorated and felt new and modern. We stayed in July but would also stay here for a ski visit as well as accessibility to the piste is ski in ski out."

"The rooms did get a little warm at night in July as we did not have air con in our room, but appreciate air con isn't required in the ski season. Perhaps thinner curtains for the summer would help to let the air in, but this is only a minor thin!g"
