"Se vi piace la vecchia Francia, con l'atmosfera che troviamo nei libri di Simenon questo è il posto che fa per voi. Un vecchio Logis de France, pulito, ordinato con i servizi essenziali. Comodo parcheggio in strada ( in ottobre non sappiamo nei mesi estivi). Vicinissimo al centro storico. Mirepoix vale il viaggio un paese delizioso con la sua originalissima piazza medioevale."

"Hotel grazioso e camera recentemente rinnovata. La stanza purtroppo si trovava sopra la cucina del ristorante pertanto un po' rumorosa durante l'orario di servizio del pranzo e della cena. Bagno molto confortevole"

"The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Mirepoix, minutes walk from the shops, cafes and cathedral. There is plenty of free parking nearby, although beware the Monday market parking closures which affect parking nearest to the hotel, and could lead to a towaway to Pammiers, which could really spoil your holiday. Thankfully the hotel warned me about this in plenty of time to move my car. I was staying during a heatwave and the air conditioning was an absolute god send. I slept really well in the comfortable bed with its crisp white bed linen. The bathroom had a bath and powerful shower and plenty of clean towels. It may not be to everyone's taste but I really liked the vintage 1970s vibe of the hotel's decor and furniture. It's also very good value for money. I didn't eat there as I was hanging out with friends staying elsewhere but there is a vibey courtyard where you can have drinks and play boules. The midday checkout is very welcome."

"As stated above the decor has "seen better days" and while I found this mostly charming, the bedroom carpet was a bit grim. Not smelly or dirty, but old and worn. The 6pm checkin is quite late. My bathroom window wouldn't close which I found a little concerning as I was a solo female occupant and there was a flat roof outside running between 1st floor rooms. Luckily I could keep the shutters closed to mitigate the security concerns. I stayed in room 4."
