"It's 1 star with no pretentions to anything greater but it has an excellent restaurant for quality and price. I stayed on a mid week night, and the restaurant was full, and not a tourist amongst them.....other than me."

"A decent bedside light to read by would be a bonus. I had to lay the small bedside lamp on its side on the pillow beside my head in order to get sufficient illumination to read by."

"Traditional small French hotel , nothing fancy just a comfortable bed and clean ensuite, good restaurant for dinner and a nice breakfast.Friendly, helpful staff. Good value for money. You must judge a hotel like this for what it is. Don't compare it with a,4 star corporate. Yes, there is no lift, and the stairs are steep, but that's the nature of the building. Set dinner, great value,at €30.00 for 3 courses."

"Good location close to the railway station and only about 10min walk from the centre. Also close to a trolleybus stop. Large bathroom, friendly and helpful staff. Ample breakfast of croissant, pain au chocolate, bread. Restaurant meal in the evening was very good."

"No Aircon, shower was hand-held in bath, with no shower curtain. Strange door arrangement to the bathroom, which had possibly been a veranda in the past."
