"Casa completa di tutto, ampia, con due camere da letto distinte, materassi comodi, cucina attrezzata. Il check-in anche se distanza è stato semplice grazie a istruzioni ben dettagliate e i contatti con l'host piacevoli e cortesi."

"The apartment was perfect, very large space, with private parking at the rear of the building. The balcony stretches right around the apartment with tables and chairs too. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. It’s great for a night or a week and 6 people would be very comfortable in this space given that it’s so large. It’s only a 20 minute walk from the centre of Dijon, with plenty of things to do. The host was superb and provided everything we needed well in advance."

"The apartment is very nicely decorated, clearly, a lot of effort has been put into this to make it feel homely. Everything you need is in the kitchen, the seats are comfortable and the is a lot of space for a family of 4. The heating was very efficient, the flat was warm for us on arrival which was greatly appreciated. From the outside the building is old but this is not totally reflected inside the flat. The parking is very good, directly next to the apartment. We found all the beds comfortable including the sofa bed."

"The bathroom could do with modernising, you need to sit in the bath to take a shower since we are all tall family this made it uncomfortable. It is very dated including the WC, if money was invested here it would made a big difference. We found it a bit expensive for the location which is a little outside the centre and away from tram lines. On top of that, you need to pay extra for cleaning, bed sheets and towels. This is not included in the booking rate or in the policies of the apartment. If we had added the extras (which normally come as standard the many locations we have visited in Dijion) the total cost for 3 nights would be pretty high, it would have been cheaper for us to stay in a central hotel or other apartment. It is a shame as we travel almost monthly to Dijion and this could have been a good option for us, but the price point is too high if we consider all the extras. But I would recommend it if you understand the price point and extras, this I didn't fully understand while booking as I normally check the policies. One extra note, a Smart TV would be great, being restricted to French TV only was limiting."

"This was a very comfortable apartment, with a lovely roof terrace that allowed outdoor living and eating. it was situated about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Dijon, so good access to the city’s facilities. Procedures for entry and departure worked well."

"Fee for. cleaning, on departure, only came after rental costs agreed. we decided to clean the apartment ourselves, but would rather have had this added to initial costs."

"overall a lovely property, walk into Dijon took around 20mins - about 1.1miles. bed comfortably however there isn’t any air conditioning so night we’re very uncomfortable - we did however find a fan the second night. Shower absolutely useless need a little thought to make it more useable. however I would still say this was a good option for staying in Dijon."

"Being charged for both linen for one bed and very inadequate towels - disappointing it would be far better if the owner charged a little more, which would be far more honest. I would have possibly scored the property higher but felt the additional charges were not called for! You need to also sort out the shower!"

"Non applicable la location concerne un appartement pas un hôtel. L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux et bien chauffé. L'emplacement où garer son véhicule, dans une ville dense est un véritable plus."

"Pour notre part, nous ne voyons pas ce qui peut-être amélioré. Le rapport qualité prix est plus que convenable. L'appartement est très lumineux. Eloigné de la ville mais proche à la fois, d'où une certaine tranquillité. Une petite remarque : l'appartement étant situé au troisième étage sans ascenseur, il faudrait insister sur le fait qu'il faut une certaine mobilité. Attention aux personnes âgées."

"Très bel appartement. Nous étions juste de passage rapide donc pas eu le temps de profiter mais la literie était très confortable. Les explications pour trouver où se garer et récupérer les clés très précises."

"Nous avons reçu toutes les informations de la part de notre hôte. Tout était parfait. L'appartement est très confortable avec une terrasse impressionnante Nous reviendrons aux beaux jours 😜). Le gîte est très bien équipé.. et proche du centre ville. Très facile de se garer. Nous avons réellement passé un superbe séjour . Merci alexis"

"L appartement refait à neuf et très spacieux. Parfait pour 4 personnes. La très grande terrasse même si la température extérieure ne nous permettait pas d en profiter. La gentillesse du loueur"

"Le quartier. L'Immeuble est à 30 minutes maximum à pied du centre ce qui en période d hivers n'est pas top et donc un peu exilé et à côté des rails."
