"Abbiamo avuto un problema con l’acqua calda. Se si affitta a 6 persone bisogna accertarsi che l’acqua calda dí sufficiente per tutti gli ospiti."

"Appartamento grande , soggiorno spazioso come la cucina . 2 Camere al piano di sopra e 1 al piano sotto. Bel terrazzo e vetrate grandi con tapparelle elettriche. Posizione un poco defilata dal centro , con una passeggiata di circa 30 minuti con calma ci si arriva. Mentre il centro storico di Briancon tra l'altro molto bello, sempre a piedi in 20 min. Parcheggio fronte casa."

"Cucina attrezzata con piatti, bicchieri, stoviglie, forno e microonde, lavastoviglie, canovacci. Tutto perfetto! Carino l'arredamento. Ci sono parecchi giochi per bambini e mia nipote ha apprezzato! La struttura non fornisce bagnoschiuma, asciugamani e detersivi per piatti e lavastoviglie: però basta organizzarsi. Si trova a 15 minuti a piedi quasi in piano dalla cittadella di Vauban."

"Entrambi i locali del bagno alla francese (vasca e lavandino da una parte e in stanza a parte il water) sono privi di ventilazione e di finestre. Nella toilette non c'è un lavabo per lavarsi le mani dopo aver usato il bagno e bisogna andare nell'altro locale per lavarsi."

"Large, spacious apartment on two floors with three bedrooms, large living room, balcony, fireplace. Kitchen with plenty of dishes and utensils, dishwasher, large refrigerator and everything worked. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Large wardrobes in the bedrooms. You can park your car in the private place or for free nearby on the street."

"The hosts did not explain in time how to make the boiler heat the water faster, because there was not enough warm water for three people to wash themselves. There is no sink in the toilet to wash hands. A helicopter flew to the nearby hospital quite often. It is good that it only happens during the day. No Wi-Fi :("

"Location and cleanliness. Ease of interaction with the host and access to the property was easy. The property had everything you would need for self-catering."

"There was very little lou roll and no bags for the rubbish. I understand that the owner wants any renter to take away rubbish but there were no refuge bags to allow for this. This was a problem as we were only stopping one night, arriving late and leaving early. There are no shops in the locality that we could find in the short time to purchase these."

"Appartement spacieux, propre et confortable. Instructions claires, procédure d'arrivée et départ très simple."

"L'appartement est très spacieux avec 3 vraies chambres, il y a tout ce qu'il faut sur place. C'est à 5 min des pistes et à 5 min de tous les commerces. Il y a une place de parking, ce qui est très pratique. Les draps sont fournis. On a passé un très bon séjour ! Et la propriétaire est très sympathique."
