"The location is superb. 15 mins walk to the castle, but just a minute from Place Carnot, the centre of La Bastide St Louis, which is worthy of an explore. The property is a huge, accessed through a gentle warren & very typically French city - exactly what we wanted! Parking can be available around the corner on street, but can be hit & miss - the underground parking at Gambetta is secure, close & decent value for money."

"This was a fantastic apartment in a perfect location to explore Carcassone and the old city. He was proactive and contacted us several times before and during our stay to check that everything was alright. We particularly appreciated the recommendations for restaurants which we followed and ate at four recommended Places which were all brilliant."
"We visited in August and it was very hot. There was only one fan in the apartment and it would’ve been much better to have at least one in each bedroom."

"Apartamento muy amplio, incluso más de lo que parece en las fotos, un gran salón, habitaciones amplias, techos altos, muy luminoso, cocina equipada con todo lo necesario, baño grande con bañera y zona separada para el WC. Ubicación perfecta, en "La Bastide" y cerca del puente viejo que lleva a la ciudad medieval. No vimos al propietario, pero las indicaciones fueron claras y el contacto por mensajes fué muy rápido y fluido. Aparcamos gratis en una zona cercana bajo el puente viejo."

"This house was absolutely stunning, the decor was right up our street! The host was brilliant a lovely woman, we were left with welcome drinks and snacks! We had some questions and she came back to the house to help us. The property worked well and catered for our family of five. The garden area was picturesque. The Nordic hot tub, amazing and bloody hot 😂. It was truly a beautiful place to stay, relax and wind down. We want to return! We will return!"

"We loved the 'loft' feel of the apartment. It's very well equipped. It's very close to town. We could park on the roadside despite it being Saturday night, and the faire was in town. There are lovely neighbours around, who helped us jump start our car as it was out of electricity."
