"La struttura è ricca di fascino, piena di pace e in una perfetta posizione per godere di Saint Emilion. I padroni di casa sono davvero gentili e accoglienti. Ogni dettaglio è perfettamente curato, la camera è bella, spaziosa e pulita. Anche la piscina è fantastica. Buonissima anche la colazione."

"Stunning house a short walk outside st emilion . Beautifully restored and stylishly decorated . Everything about our stay was perfect . We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a luxurious suite. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent and the pool was a welcome addition as the weather was hot in august ."

"This is a super small hotel about a kilometre outside St Emilion. The building has been refurbished, decorated and furnished to high standards. Our room and bathroom were excellent. There is a sitting room, breakfast room and drinks area on the ground floor, plus’s small pool and garden. Breakfast was simple but nice. Parking is secure and easy. Our hosts were efficient and pleasant. Their information directed us to two vineyards where we ate excellent lunches. We would definitely stay again."
"I can’t think of a single negative about the hotel. My only comment would be that St Emilion was extremely busy in August."
"We had the most incredible stay at Clos 1906. Eduard was so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. He helped us with an early check in and also upgraded us, we had just got engaged so this was such a treat. The hotel was beautiful, perfectly located and surrounded by the gorgeous vineyards and Saint-Emilion. There is nothing about our stay we would have changed, thank you so much again. We hope to come back soon!"

"This property is stunning. It is on par with a 5 star hotel easily. Immaculately clean and the decor and property style is fantastic. Big rooms with very nice beds and bathrooms. Lovely communal living room. The outside pool area is really nice and St Emilion is a 5 minute walk away."

"Clos 1906 was superb. We were a group of 8 and wanted a week of wining and dining without driving. St Emilion village was a 10 minute walk and the St Emilion rail station was a 5 minute walk. We could easily be in St Emilion for Lunch and Bordeaux for dinner. Eduard was an exceptional host and provided a delicious breakfast every morning. He also provided endless recommendations of places to eat and drink. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, with super comfortable beds There is a welcoming pool area with a view over the vineyards for an evening drink from the honestly bar - wines, beers and spirits If you arrive by car there were 5 places available inside. If I could I would give it 6 stars."
