"Just crossing the river like 15 min from the citè, very convenient. Spacious for 2 to 4 people, big kitchen and living room area, you’ll feel like at home. It’s in the first floor with no elevator but wasn’t a problem for us. Near restaurants shops and cafes."

"La maison est originale dans sa décoration et son organisation. Le coin salon sous les combles compense l'absence de pièce à vivre au RDC. Très bien équipée, avec le souci du détail, tout est fait pour y être bien. (livres, BD, jeux de société) Deux chambres sont très décorées sur deux thématiques marquées. Très bien les 3 salles d'eau elles aussi très bien équipées. Literie confortable ! Nous avons réussi à nous garer dans la rue, et sinon, l'hôte propose une solution de repli. Maison bien placée pour rejoindre le centre de Bourges à pied."

"La struttura è in una posizione strategica, con una vista MAGNIFICA. I proprietari di casa sono fantastici, molto carini e disponibili . Accettano senza alcun problema i cani ( ne hanno anche loro e sono troppo teneri). Casa puliti, dotata di ogni cosa ( lavatrice, asciugatrice, ferro da stiro, forno, fornelli, pentole, padelle, microonde, frigo, aria condizionata, smart tv, wifi….) Non si poteva chiedere di meglio. Giardino con recinzione e cancello automatico. È anche presente un’area gioco esterna per bambini"

"The flat was very comfortable for our overnight stay while visiting the Christmas market. Communications with the owner were very good and the instructions (in French) for accessing the property and its underground parking space were very detailed and clear. Entry is all automated with a code to access the flat and remote controlled garage door and a key fob device to open the pedestrian doors and lift to the underground parking - which was all easy to operate and very convenient. The flat was ready prepared for us and there were tasteful Christmas decorations and lights to welcome us."
