Camera grande, arredata in modo originale, molto curata nei particolari, a cui si accede da un grande soggiorno e cucina.Pulizia perfetta, locali recentemente rinnovati. Colazione curata personalmente dalla proprietaria, servita al tavolo comune su tovaglia con tovaglioli ricamati e stoviglie di pregio. Veramente una bellissima esperienza, da ripetere"

"Appartamento molto ampio, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. All'arrivo la proprietaria non era presente, ma ha fornito dettagliatamente le istruzioni per accedere, perciò nessun problema ad entrare nell'appartamento. La mattina ci ha preparato un'ottima colazione (bevande calde, croissant, macedonia di frutta fresca, spremuta, baguette con marmellata) servita nel balcone. A disposizione anche un giardino privato. Parcheggio gratuito nella strada, trovato posto senza problemi."

"La proprietaria (Patricia) era in vacanza, non c'era nessuno a casa, ma nonostante questo Patricia ha organizzato un'ottima accoglienza. Pulizia top. La casa a disposizione sembrava una casa abitata da qualcuno, quindi non un appartamento usato solo per soggiorni di visitatori. Posizione buona, vicino al centro di Laval a cui si giunge a piedi. Ottima anche la colazione preparata da un ragazzo giovane e gentile. La disponibilità di Patricia è stata eccezionale. Premurosa ed attenta anche da remoto! Grazie. Consiglio."

"There was nothing we did not like. However, it would be good if when booking you were informed that the arrival time needs to be an "accurate" hour as this is a private house, so there might not be someone at home if you arrive early or later than booked."

"Patricia is a wonderful host, super accommodating with times for check-in & makes a really great breakfast! Her home is warming & I must say the bathroom was bigger than my studio at home nearly & I loved how the open doors onto the back yard overlookingtrees it is very calming. Littlw details like the cotton buds and makeup cleaning pads in bathroom are super nice. Bed is comfortable & overall a really really comfortable stay! Accommodation is a short walk to the Saturday markets, there is a abundance of parking close by."
