"Appartamento grazioso, pulito e ben equipaggiato, in centro, volendo ci si può spostare solo a piedi, abbiamo parcheggiato al coperto nel parcheggio Bonlieu, che è a 200mt a piedi, costo due notti (23)€."

"Appartamento piccolo ma molto comodo e accogliente a due passi dal bellissimo centro di Annecy. Pulizia ottima e ambiente curato. L'appartamento disponeva di tutto il necessario. Noi viaggiavamo in moto e siamo anche riusciti a lasciarla nella piazzetta sotto casa."

"Absolutely perfect! The flat was exactly as described, even better than the pictures. It was clean and so well-equipped with everything we needed, including plenty of coffee pods, tea, and even cold water in the fridge—a lifesaver in the summer heat! The location is excellent, and we had a wonderful stay. We'd definitely book again, maybe in the winter next time"

"The location was lovely, it’s in a central area and overlooks a charming courtyard. Check-in was very easy, and the apartment was spotlessly clean."

"Since there was no air conditioning, the windows had been left open before our arrival. I believe flies are a common issue in Annecy, and unfortunately, the room was full of them when we entered. Although the room itself was very nice, the number of flies significantly reduced the comfort of our stay and made it difficult to fully relax."

"The location is right in the city center, closed to everything: the amazing old town, the beautiful lake, even to some cozy pubs with live music, good beer and beautiful atmosphere just in the backyard. The apartment even looks better than in the pictures, it is very clean, very well organized, the kitchen is really very well equipped. The bedroom separated from the living offers the proper silence and comfort. When booking this place we've written from previous reviews that there are no windows curtains which is not true. There are for sure opaque curtains that, during the day, are tied in the middle with nice accessories, to ensure natural light. But when evening falls they can be untied ensuring all the necessary privacy."

"There was nothing we didn't like. On the contrary, it even exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect. I have already recommended the place to all my friends and will definitely come back every time when have the chance."
