"La casa è comoda, accogliente, pulita e superaccessoriata. Ci sono due belle camere matrimoniali, un soggiorno e una cucina, ed è l'ideale per un viaggio con amici o famiglia. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, ti accolgono con calore e danno molti consigli su ristoranti, attività e servizi nei dintorni. C'è a disposizione un comodissimo garage chiuso per la macchina. Da Bayeux si raggiungono facilmente tutti i luoghi famosi della Normandia."

"La casa è a 20/25 minuti a piedi dal centro, fattibile ma meglio se si ha la macchina. In centro ci sono dei parcheggi gratuiti e ci sono anche i mezzi pubblici."

Padrona di casa gentilissima e disponibilissima. Ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni anche per le attrazioni del luogo. Ci ha accolto con un gradito pensiero e tanta pazienza nello spiegarci tutto. Inoltre durante il soggiorno ci ha informato con messaggio dove potevamo vedere i fuochi d'artificio. Consigliato!"

"The apartment has been partially renovated with new flooring, windows, a modern kitchen and an updated bathroom — all in very good condition. It comfortably accommodated our family of five (two adults and three children) across two bedrooms with a double bed each, plus a sofa bed in the living room. The cleanliness was impeccable, and both the kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything you need. Being on the first floor is actually a plus given there is no elevator — easy access with no hassle. The apartment was quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. But what truly stood out was the hospitality. Jeanne welcomed us warmly, provided genuinely useful local tips, and had thoughtfully left a welcome basket in the fridge with wine, water, small jams and madeleine cakes. A lovely personal touch that set the tone for the whole stay. Overall, a very good experience and easy to recommend."

"On the downside, the sleeping pillows were quite uncomfortable. More importantly, the heating system was not functioning properly - regardless of the thermostat setting, whether on low or high, it consistently underperformed, making the apartment difficult to keep warm. There was also a parking-related issue, though this was not the owner's fault but rather a Booking.com problem. The platform offered two booking options: one without any mention of parking at a standard price, and another at a 10% higher cost that included a "parking reservation" - despite parking already being listed as included in the property description. This is misleading for guests and worth flagging to Booking.com directly."

Very generously and thoroughly stocked with coffee, tea, biscuits , small cakes, jams, spices, etc. Includes an exprresso maker and washer/dryer. Good bakery within an easy walk, supermarkets nearby. The owner was solicitous and helpful beyond expectations."

"I took my partner, and three teenagers. Two very comfortable double beds, with a high end sofa bed in the lounge. The location of this apartment is ideal for visiting all the War points of interest. Its pretty central for all the beach visits, memorials and museums. The apartment was super clean, comfortable and well presented. We were met by the wonderful host- Zhanna who was exceptional from start to finish. Zhanna and Gilles genuinely care. From messaging before you arrive to break the ice, to being attentive. They really look at all the small details. Meticulous. We couldn't have been any happier with our experience!"

"Needed transport to get into the city. We had a car so not a problem. Places to park in the city for free were highlighted by host and a city map was provided. A private garage for parking is provided. Security is good and the location is quiet residential. This is an ideal stay for using as a base for touring the Normandy beaches."
