In una città dove la maggior parte degli appartamenti sono vecchi e demodè, Chemin Vert invece si distingue per la pulizia e per tutti gli arredi nuovissimi. Siamo partiti con una bimba di 1 anno e siamo stati molto bene. Glenn è stato molto gentile e ci ha accolti anche molto prima rispetto all’orario previsto del check-in. La cucina era dotata di ogni comfort, addirittura la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie. Silenzioso e molto confortevole. Consiglio"

"La posizione è buona per visitare Parigi, anche se vanno fatte alcune fermate della metro e per noi che avevamo passeggino e bimba piccola era forse un po’ lontanuccia dal centro."

"Appartamento dalla metratura ampia per i canoni di Parigi, molto confortevole, con mobilio rinnovato dallo stile minimal. Comfort e servizi come da descrizione (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, phon, fornello ad induzione, forno, microonde, bollitore e macchinetta del caffè). L'appartamento si trova al piano terra, ma affaccia su di una corte interna privata, il che lo rende molto silenzioso e tranquillo, nonché sicuro. Adatto a famiglie come la nostra, con due figli a seguito. Anche il quartiere stesso è molto tranquillo: appena usciti ci sono rispettivamente una farmacia, 2 supermercati, una macelleria, un paio di panetterie e pasticcerie con ottimi prodotti locali. Questo rende estremamente facile acquistare quello di cui si ha bisogno perché tutto letteralmente a due passi da casa. Fermata metropolitana a circa 500 Mt di distanza, con le linee 2 e 3. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene e consigliamo vivamente."

"Purtroppo la corte interna è comune a tanti accessi di altre abitazioni e ha numerosi cassonetti per il deposito della spazzatura che non sono esattamente piacevoli da vedere, anche se molto pratici e in perfetto ordine."

"There is only one bathroom and it was inside the bedroom. So it was not so comfortable for 2 couples. As everybody needs to enter the bedroom to go bathroom at nights. But I think it very suitable for single and children"

"The location was great (the building lies on a street with full of restaurants, bakeries, cafés etc.), and several metro lines operate in the area; you can reach them with just a few minutes' walk. It was quite easy to get the keys to the apartment following the hosts' instructions. The apartment is on the ground floor (first floor for US readers), but it's quite bright. It was recently refurbished, and apart from a few items, everything looked new."

"If someone is oversensitive to noises, the fact that the garbage bins are near to the apartment and the entrance to one of the staircases is next door, might be a bit of an issue. But it's just a minor inconvenience. Another issue might be that at the time of our stay, there was a certain smell in the apartment, but that might be only a temporary issue. It was nothing serious, we didn't even mention it to the hosts"

"La atención al detalle, dejaron agua, café y muffins para todos. Había sal, condimentos etc que se pueden utilizar. Cuenta con todo para cocinar. Cama cómoda. Sistema para obtener y dejar las llaves, independiente, sin problemas con la hora de llegada o salida. Hay supermercado a una cuadra, panadería y varios locales de comida en la vuelta. WiFi funciona bien"
