"This was our fault but we didnt realise how hard it would be to get a taxi into Bordeaux. you definitely need to have your own car. We booked this for the Rugby World Cup as the hotels in the city were too expensive but the taxi/Uber situation was quite a challenge. But that had nothing to do with the property or the hosts or the stay. That was all 100%."

"This place has all you need. It's very quiet and you feel like you have the garden and pool all for yourself. The cottage is well equipped for a long stay, it's easy to self-cater. The pool is large, the sunbeds very comfortable. Annick and Marc are the perfect hosts. Inside you find a complete guide to the area they themselves assembled and also plenty of guidebooks and leaflets ... It's wonderfull to see the sun set over the garden from your own private porch ..."

"The place was heaven. If we would change one thing, it's the shower. It takes quite some exercise to shower and not wet the bathroomfloor ..."
