"Un vero castello tutto per noi! I proprietari gentilissimi, disponibili e accoglienti. La signora Mariange ci ha raccontato la storia del castello molto interessante! inoltre ha preparato per noi una buonissima colazione abbondante e gustosa. Il castello è tranquillo e silenzioso, immerso in un bel parco con un laghetto. La camera grandissima, molto pulita con letti veramente comodi ."

"Our whole experience here, such a privilege to stay here. The breakfast was the best in all our travels. A calm and peaceful ambience. We bought food from a local supermarket which was excellent and a short walk away.We ate in the beautiful breakfast room of the chateau as it was chilly and showery outside."

"Comfortable and reasonably priced, historical 19th century b&b with loads of character such as art nouveau design throughout the castle and a wonderful park (including a lake) for relaxing walks. The b&b is run by very friendly hosts, who give -at the start of a nice breakfast- an enjoyable and interesting explanation of the chateau, its owners and its history. Breakfast is above standard with fresh pancakes, freshly baked baquettes, croissants, pain au chocolats, chocolate cakes and home made jams. Accompanied with fresh orange juice and a never ending coffee pot!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and very clean accommodation. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, and we felt right at home from the very beginning. The location is perfect, close to the beach and the town, yet peaceful and relaxing. The place is very child-friendly and thoughtfully equipped, making it ideal for families. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and will definitely come back!"

"This property far exceeded our expectations. The photos don't do it justice. The house is small but spacious and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. We were surprised to find that the walk into town is just 18 minutes. Although we arrived by car, we found it very convenient and enjoyable to walk into Valensole and explore the streets after dinner every night. Our little guesthouse stayed cool despite the heat. The shower was luxurious and the kitchen had nearly everything we needed to cook for ourselves every night. We spent as much time as we could relaxing by the pool. Her hens visited us every day."

"Perfectly situated in the pretty village of Beuvron, excellent location for exploring the area and spending time in the beautiful village itself. The house was lovely, very comfortable and hosts really welcoming, keeping in touch when needed. WiFi great, facilities perfect for us 3 adults. Just 30 minutes drive to the ferry in Caen. We had a super weeks holiday."

Superb nearby walk following the river down to the Beach. Lovely. Like a private track. We will be back. We've found our perfect bolthole."
