"Appartamento spazioso e in posizione strategia per raggiungere le principali destinazioni, fermata della metro (Bastille) vicinissima a casa. Posizione comoda anche con molti bar/ristoranti nelle strette vicinanze, sia per colazione che per cena. Zona servita anche con pasticcerie e negozi. La casa è molto spaziosa, con ampia cucina, salotto, veranda esterna, due camere matrimoniali e due bagni. Tutta la casa è al piano terra, ad esclusione di una matrimoniale e un bagno che sono al primo piano. Cucina fornitissima anche con diversi elettrodomestici. Presente anche la lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ambienti moderni, tutto nuovo e molto curato. Ottimo servizio biancheria e prodotti per la cucina compresi nel prezzo. Proprietario disponibile. Bella casa, soluzione consigliatissima per alcuni giorni a Parigi."

"The location of this property is excellent. There is a Boulangerie nearby and also a fresh fruit shop. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars. The Bastille Metro station is just a few minutes walk away. The beautiful Place des Vosges is also close by with many art galleries and restaurants. The Marais is a perfect place to stay and I strongly recommend this area."

"There are excellent fans but unfortunately no air conditioning which I find crazy. The upstairs bedroom was up some very tight stairs which would not be to code in Australia so we slept on the sofa bed so the kids didn’t try to come up the dangerous stairs."
