"The host, Durand, was very friendly and welcoming & accommodated our late arrival. He spoke excellent English which was very helpful for us and was happy to share about the property, grounds and horses. The location is beautiful as is the property itself! Excellent shutters on the windows kept the rooms dark and given the rural location it was quiet and made for a great night's sleep. Having plenty of secure parking is definitely a major plus. The pony's surrounding the property were a delight for our horse mad daughter."
"Only downside is the shared bathroom (which we were aware of at booking) but it's only minor as it's not shared with many others and is a very good size and facility, much better than most ensuites!"
"Absolutely loved staying here. The owners were friendly and helpful even letting me put my motorbike in their shed. It was clean and tidy and comfortable and homely. A beautiful setting with the frogs in the pond singing you to sleep."

"The location is perfect in the middle of a beautiful landscape. The Shetland ponies are lovely. The house is not far from the local supermarket on foot and a few minutes from Forges-les-Eaux. There are excellent walks around the lakes, in the town, and in the forest."

"Ludovici is echt de beste host die je kan wensen. Zeer zorgzaam, flexibel, toeschiettelijk. Gewoon een heel fijn verblijf. Bed was top, badkamer was brandschoon."

"Le logement était idéalement situé dans un lieu très calme et rustique. L'hôte nous a accueilli en personne malgré notre retard. Les lits étaient très confortables et les sanitaires extrêmement propres. La petite ville a proximité nous a permis de faire quelques achats le lendemain matin. Les enfants ont adoré voir les poneys."

"Bellissimo ostello sul cammino GR34, la signora è simpaticissima e gentilissima. Tutto è curato e pulito, ci veniva voglia di rimanere lì, ma abbiamo dovuto proseguire il percorso. Attaccato all'ostello c'è il bar gestito dalla proprietaria dove abbiamo mangiato un'ottima fetta di torta. Spero che questa attività possa proseguire a lungo. Belle auberge sur la route du GR34, la dame est très gentille et très aimable. Tout est propre et soigné, nous avions envie d'y rester, mais nous avons dû continuer la route. A côté de l'auberge se trouve le bar tenu par la propriétaire où nous avons mangé une excellente part de gâteau. J'espère que cette entreprise pourra continuer longtemps."

"It is the best stay one can imagine. A separate house with all the facilities and more. When we came at the house after a visit, my partner said "it feels like coming home". I think you can't give a better compliment. Everything new, clean, all things you need. You need to know that you need a car. With the car it is about 30 minutes to the old town Marseille. There is a metro station at "La Rose" where you can go t with the bus."

"La maison est très bien équipée et bien située. La mise à disposition de vélo nous à permis de nous promener dans la Rochelle surtout qu'il y a de nombreuses pistes cyclables. Le propriétaire est très réactif en cas de demandes. Nous avons passé un agréable week-end avec ma famille."
