"La stanza è davvero carina, non molto grande ma ha tutti gli spazi necessari. Sia la stanza sia il bagno erano molto puliti. Nicolas è stato molto disponibile. Consiglio questa struttura."

"La stanza si trova esattamente sopra ad un bar che la sera diventa una specie di locale discoteca con musica fino alle 2 o 4 del mattino, per chi ha il sonno leggero consiglio di portarsi dei tappi."

"The room was comfortable, warmly decorated in an eclectic style, the space was located on the courtyard side of the building so you don’t get noise from the street. The bedroom/ private bathroom was well kept and clean, perfect for a single traveler or couple. I really enjoyed the apartment’s proximity to local shops and restaurants, close to Place Bastile, metro 5/9 and a great walkable neighborhood with plenty of amenities. Nico (the host) was also attentive and helpful with anything that you may need from the access code, directions or recommendations of places to eat or drink. The transition through the tattoo shop wasn’t a problem either to access the room, really cool to see all the art and work being done by the artists as you pass through which is a unique experience. I enjoyed my stay and would book again for my next visit to Paris."
