"The chalet is amazing! Lovely blend of traditional and modern living. Large spacious warm rooms and large bathrooms, alongside a huge kitchen dining living space, and an outside terrace for relaxing in the sunshine. Alex met us at the property on arrival with a bottle of wine, which was really kind. She is super helpful too. The dishwasher went on the blink briefly and she came straight round to sort it. The location is also perfect for a wonderful stay in the mountains, roughly 20 mins drive from the main lifts for Avoriaz. We had a great time staying here and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks again!"

"Grand chalet lumineux dans le village calme de Seytroux, bien équipé pour famille nombreuse, tables de grande taille, chaises et canapés en nombre, 3 salles d'eau confortables. Une terrasse en bois plus un jardin en herbe calmes et agréables. Jolie vue dégagée. On peut garer 3 véhicules facilement."

"We stayed four nights as a family of four. The chalet is simply furnished and located just on the outskirts of the small town. The public swimming pool had alas closed the day before in preparation for the return to school. There are a number of other wild swimming spots a short drive away. This is deep France. The local population, and your neighbours if staying, are cows. There are a few restaurants and shops in Etang, otherwise head into Autun for a wider selection of places to eat and such. Overall this was a very relaxing place to stay with wonderful night skies. The coffee maker provided is the Senseo system so do bear that in mind. The only other negative was the quality of the pillows provided but France, despite my love for it, has never really appreciated the comfort and pleasure of abundant, fluffy pillows! Bah."
