"Uscire di casa e trovarsi la meraviglia del mare davanti!Appartamento piccolo ma confortevole, nuovo e finemente arredato; si trova sulla Promenade des Anglais, con una bellissima e breve passeggiata lungo mare e si arriva al centro di Nizza. Il Carrefour è a pochi passi e anche le boulangerie o ristoranti vari. L’appartamento dispone delle principali attrezzature per cucinare e lavarsi, tv e Internet, offre il necessario per una vacanza piacevole e silenziosa. Molto cordiale e disponibile anche l’host Sicuramente per eventuale tappa estiva terremo in considerazione questo appartamento."

"These comments relate to how easy it was to get keys and into property:- Hosts failed to respond to emails. No one at property to meet us. Calls to Booking.com not answered. Just before searching for a hotel managed to finally got hold of property owner who said we had to travel to them to collect keys (no mention of this on any paperwork from booking.com). We liked the property, we liked the location, we liked the equipment But....! Booking.com need to get their act together on key collection procedure. Also your Customer Service was non existant in "our hour of need" when we needed you most"

"Clean and bright, with large spaces. It’s well equipped, with oven, dish washer, smart TV, and laundry machine…etc and everything is new. Great location, close to both the train station and it’s in the city center. It is a sofa bed but comfortable one."
