"Excellent location, very comfortable beds, strong A/C which was welcome in the Summer months. Plenty of storage for belongings. Separate kitchen and washing machine for long-stays (but we didn't use them). Spa and pool available (but we didn't use it as we preferred to explore Paris)."

"One of the bathrooms bins was broken, some problem with door-locking of the front door and limited TV channel options (later rectified). Some noise from nearby restaurants, but also the location is close to many good restaurants, so that's a positive also!"

It was spotless clean and every single person from the staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially Emma who helped me a lot with a few important things. "Very comfortable beds, excellent black out curtains and shower. A top sheet and light cotton blanket would be nice for shoulder season stays as the duvet (very nice duvet) is too warm for early October. We enjoyed having a good gym to use during our stay. Thank you. Staff are outstanding at the Black Door. We had a great 3 day stay. We recommend staying here."

"Would like a information book in the unit for how to use washer/dryer, oven etc. We figured it out but would be helpful to have had instructions."
