"After several days on "city breaks" we headed to the countryside and stayed at Augerge du Herisson. It was perfectly located for a bit of hiking (up to Pic de l'Aigle and down the Cascades d'Herisson). Well worth a couple of days. The room was comfy with free WiFi (useful given the mixed mobile coverage in the area), the food at the restaurant was good (also useful because it's a bit of a trek to other places to eat which isn't easy on motorbikes, probably easy in a car)."

"The room was nice and comfortable. The bathroom/shower was a little awkward, but worked well. Staff was helpful and friendly. Supper and breakfast were fine and enjoyable. The hotel is located at a crossroads in an area of exceptional natural beauty. Still pleasant and quiet in early June, but expect it might get a little crowded in full season."

"Hotel situato in un paesino a 30 minuti da Corte ed incastonato sui monti come una pietra preziosa, gode di un vista meravigliosa e gli host sono simpatici ed accoglienti. Abbiamo cenato al loro ristorante dove propongono menù fisso di piatti tipici locali (i salumi sono ottimi). Esperienza che consiglio sia a tutti. Sebbene il bagno sia condiviso, uno per piano, l'abbiamo trovato sempre pulito e ordinato. Torneremo!"
