"Se arrivate nel fine settimana c'è poco parcheggio in zona. Il prezzo per un tre stelle è un po' elevato. Sono arrivato un giorno dopo a causa di problemi di influenza di mia moglie, che poi non è potuta venire. Mi sarei aspettato un minimo di sconto anche se la prenotazione non era cancellabile, quantomeno scontando le colazioni."

"Chalet molto bello, arredato in stile e armonia. Pulito e ordinato. In camera trovi anche un bollitore per una tisana o un thè caldo."

"Staff were brilliant , friendly and approachable, room was cosy but acceptable in size, good view of the mountain and 'basket' lift. Location was super with basket lift to main ski lifts literally over the road and when I was there possibility to ski back to the hotel. There is a spacious lounge/bar area and ski rental in the basement. Breakfasts were good and for evening dining there are many restaurants within 5 mins walk. Definitely would stay again if in Alp d'Huez"

"The hotel has a perfect location : free transport lifts to the main ski area are right across the street. We had a room on the second floor, and the balcony gave us a perfect 180° spectacular view of the mountains, while sitting in the sun from 8h00 until 17h00! The staff is very friendly, bathroom is OK, lots of cupboards for your stuff."

"Breakfast: nice fresh bread, but the offer is exactly the same every day - some variation would have been nice. The room was a bit dusty - I do not blame this on the cleaning staff, but on the carpet on the floor and an rather old vacuum cleaner, it seems."

"The hotel was lovely! Everything you needed. Fresh towels daily, tea/coffee facilities in the room The location honestly could not of been better. The lift is right outside the door All staff were amazing but a special shout out to angelique. She is just so lovely. Could not do enough for us. We will book this hotel again next year when we come back"
