"Ottima soluzione se volete sentirvi "parigini" per qualche giorno. L'appartamento, luminoso e dalla pulizia perfetta, è situato in una zona non centralissima ma ben servita dalla metro, che vi permette, in poco tempo, di andare ovunque in Parigi. La cucina è ben dotata se desiderate gestirvi i pasti in autonomia. La proprietaria, estremamente gentile, saprà consigliarvi al meglio in merito a ristoranti e/o luoghi da visitare."

"This apartment was ideal for our stay in Paris. Away from the crowds in the residential area, with metro station at your doorstep, and only half an hours walk to the eiffel tower. The apartment was very comfortable, with full kitchen, and washing machine, and very clean. Alex, the host replied to every query in a timely fashion. We would definitely stay here again."

"No wifi or ability to chromecast on TV.. However, there is a great selection of DVDs, with many classics. Alex has good taste in movies."

"At the first glimpse the flat might seem a bit far away from the center and mayer torist attractions, but the metro-connection is very well. Also there is a nice park, a lot of restaurants and some pubs and a supermarket around the corner. So you can use the kitchen to cook. Also, Alex commuicated via Whattsapp and gave us some advice for restaurants and helped us where to find the kitchen-stuff."

"Great location, 1 minutes walk from metro and bus (nr 30 to Eiffel Tower). Great host, Alex! Very friendly place with restaurants and shops around. Will back for sure! :)"

"Very pleasant and good equipped flat with all that we need. Good location, very close to metro station Balard, buses and tram. Supermarket, bakery and cafes nearby. Walking green area and Citroen park nearby. Seine embankment within walking distance, from there you can see the Eiffel Tower. It was wonderful to watch fireworks from there on Bastille Day on July 14th! Alex is a very friendly hostess. She made sure we arrived successfully and entered the apartment, and it was after 10pm. She was in touch with us when we needed her help. It was stated that no WiFi in apartment, but at our request, Alex found a solution for us."
